These website terms describe the preliminary sourcing-request process. A specific commercial mandate, commission, inspection or transaction requires separate written terms.
1. Preliminary requests
Submitting a request does not create an agency, brokerage, purchase, sale, exclusivity or representation agreement. DW Global Trade may accept, decline or request more information about any opportunity.
2. Service scope
Services may include product sourcing, supplier identification, commercial coordination and agreed verification activities. The exact scope, timing, fees, expenses, commission, confidentiality and responsibilities must be confirmed in writing before paid work or a transaction begins.
3. Verification
Supplier, factory, document and product reviews are limited to the agreed scope and information reasonably available at the time. They do not replace legal, financial, customs, laboratory, engineering, certification or independent inspection services.
4. Buyer responsibility
The buyer remains responsible for final product specifications, destination-country requirements, permits, sanctions screening, taxes, duties, insurance, payment security and professional advice. Vehicle opportunities are subject to regulatory, technical, tax and documentary feasibility before any transaction.
5. Supplier information
Quotations, availability, lead times and technical information provided by third parties may change. No supplier, producer, product, price or shipment is guaranteed until appropriate contracts and confirmations are executed by the responsible parties.
6. Intellectual property and acceptable use
The DW Global Trade name, website copy and visual materials may not be reused commercially without permission. Users must not submit unlawful, deceptive, malicious or infringing content.
7. Governing arrangements
Any formal mandate will define the governing law, dispute process and liability provisions applicable to that engagement. These preliminary terms should be reviewed by qualified Brazilian counsel after the company’s legal entity and operating model are finalized.
